Laminate and veneered timber door sets


Select a frame of either MDF, softwood or hardwood, all of which can be factory primed for completion on site. Alternatively, opt for a factory painted or factory finished hardwood. Our laminate range of timber doorsets offers a selection of hard-wearing and easily cleaned heavy-duty options, complete with a choice of MDF, Softwood or Hardwood frames.

  • All crown cut veneers can be book-matched
  • Fully factory finished exposed lipping (10mm lipping – lipped 4 edges) and matching glazing bead to suit (where applicable)
  • Architraves are available in MDF, softwood or hardwood and can all be biscuit jointed pre-mitred, painted or primed for ease of installation
  •  Vision panel and BWF CERTIFIRE fire door options available

Fire doorsets


Our fire doors are HTM 58 specification compliant and come in a range of performance levels:

  • FD30 / FD60 / FD90 / FD120 minutes in accordance with B.S 476 Part 22: 1987
  • Acoustic tests up to 35 db rw
  • Mechanical rating is “severe duty” to DD171:1987

Acoustic doorsets

Acoustic doorsets can be built in standard and bespoke sizes and all adhere to BS EN 9001:2008.

  • Fire rated up to FD30 / FD60 minutes in accordance with B.S 476 Part 22: 1987
  • Acoustic tests for single doorsets up to 43 dB Rw
  • Acoustic tests for double doorsets up to 40 dB Rw

Encapsulated doorsets

The superior Encapsulated door set can be built in standard and bespoke sizes and all adhere to  BS EN 9001:2008

  • Fire rated FD30 / FD60 minutes in accordance with B.S. 467 Part 22: 1987
  • Fully wrapped casings, architraves and doors available to suit the specifications on your project
  • Mechanical rating is “severe duty” to DD171:1987
  • Range of colours available and to HTM58 guidelines

Seclusion doorsets

We manufacture, supply and install heavy-duty seclusion doors used by the Health Service, Local Government and Police forces across the country. These doors are usually fitted with multipoint locks, that can only be operated from the outside with no door furniture inside the room, to prevent the patient from harming themselves. We also specialise in the manufacture and installation of secure screens and doorsets including counters, access control systems and safe rooms.

Metal frame door sets

Our durable metal frame doorset is suitable for heavy duty applications. When combined with a metal frame, laminate doors provide a hardwearing, easy clean, impact resistant surface.

  • Available in a wide range of paint or veneered finishes
  • Can be factory painted to any RAL number


Our doorsets come complete with ironmongery and can be tailored to a particular specification. Optional extras include anti-trap finger protection, anti-barricade hinges, anti-ligature ironmongery, emergency release and panic hardware, signs and symbols, and lever furniture and closers.
