Laminate and veneered timber door sets
- All crown cut veneers can be book-matched
- Fully factory finished exposed lipping (10mm lipping – lipped 4 edges) and matching glazing bead to suit (where applicable)
- Architraves are available in MDF, softwood or hardwood and can all be biscuit jointed pre-mitred, painted or primed for ease of installation
- Vision panel and BWF CERTIFIRE fire door options available
Fire doorsets
- FD30 / FD60 / FD90 / FD120 minutes in accordance with B.S 476 Part 22: 1987
- Acoustic tests up to 35 db rw
- Mechanical rating is “severe duty” to DD171:1987
Acoustic doorsets
- Fire rated up to FD30 / FD60 minutes in accordance with B.S 476 Part 22: 1987
- Acoustic tests for single doorsets up to 43 dB Rw
- Acoustic tests for double doorsets up to 40 dB Rw
Encapsulated doorsets
- Fire rated FD30 / FD60 minutes in accordance with B.S. 467 Part 22: 1987
- Fully wrapped casings, architraves and doors available to suit the specifications on your project
- Mechanical rating is “severe duty” to DD171:1987
- Range of colours available and to HTM58 guidelines

- Available in a wide range of paint or veneered finishes
- Can be factory painted to any RAL number
Ironmongery
Our doorsets come complete with ironmongery and can be tailored to a particular specification. Optional extras include anti-trap finger protection, anti-barricade hinges, anti-ligature ironmongery, emergency release and panic hardware, signs and symbols, and lever furniture and closers.
